Shipping policy

Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. Orders received after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day. 

Puerto Rico and United States:  Orders will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays via USPS. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS in orders over $99.00.

International Shipping, is not available at this moment.

*Once your order has been shipped and tracking number is sent by email, Shop Maracuyá is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delay, lost, wrong delivered or stolen packages that may happen with the postal service.

Shop Maracuyá is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information.  Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout.  If you realize you have made an error, email us as soon as possible explaining the error.  However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address, and the client will be responsible for paying the re-delivery cost.
